Weekday = Mon–Thu. Weekend = Fri–Sun. Nonprofits receive a 10% discount when the nonprofit is the contracting entity.

Bar service must be through a licensed vendor with liability insurance and TIPS-certified (or equivalent) servers. No BYOB.
Add-Ons
Food trucks $100 per truck (trucks bring own generator). Custom setup, additional AV, and extended-access hours quoted per event.
Timing
Events start between 6:30–8:00 PM, end by 10:30 PM, with cleanup complete by 11:30 PM. Load-in begins at 4:30 PM at no additional charge.
Booking and Cancellation
60-day minimum booking window. $500 refundable cleaning deposit required to reserve. Cancellation refunds: 60+ days full refund (less $150 admin fee), 30–59 days 50%, 15–29 days deposit forfeited, within 14 days no refund. Rescheduling with 30+ days notice usually accommodated at no penalty.
Not Able to Host
Fundraising events for outside organizations, political events, or religious services. Corporate and private celebrations across all organizations and beliefs are welcome.
